New Sindusfarma’s headquarters 

New Sindusfarma’s headquarters is going to have seven floors in the historic address at Vila Olímpia

The corner of Alvorada and Casa do Ator streets in the heart of Vila Olímpia district in São Paulo is going to gain a new architectural landmark in mid-2024: the new Sindusfarma’s headquarters.

The eye-catching seven-story building, with approximately 3,275 m² of built area, is going to be built on the same land as the old headquarters inaugurated in 1981 which has since been demolished.

The modern facilities include an auditorium, meeting rooms, foyer, administrative areas and a penthouse. 

“In line with the recently approved strategic planning the Sindusfarma Board has understood that it was necessary to modernize the entity’s headquarters considering the importance of the pharmaceutical industry and innovation in our business,” says executive president Nelson Mussolini. “The bold architectural design is going to prioritize the building functionality for our associates.”

The project has been prepared by FGMF Arquitetura. Control Tec is in charge of the work management.
